History

Our business has its roots dating back to 1986, when a company called Power Plus Performance (Pty) Ltd (“Power Plus”) was incorporated followed by F&R Diesel CC for the repair and maintenance of the military and other vehicles. The operation soon became one of the largest repair agents in South Africa and was subjected to acquisitions and disposals.

The company is known for its understanding of unique user demands such as Government, customer body building, specialised equipment solutions and maintenance. We are proud of our reputation as an entrepreneurial driven solutions entity and were rewarded when acquired in July 2005 by the Phakisa Group – taking up the majority of shares as a Black Economic Empowerment partner. With an ever increasing demand for efficient and tailor-made solutions in the fleet and transport industries, we continue to expand our ability to service national clients.

The growing fleet transport sector has been receptive to our response that assists them in meeting the complex demands of the large fleet owner.
